Are all items shown on your website in stock?
Yes. If the product has has an 'In Stock' message then we have it here, ready to send. We work very hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Occasionally errors do occur, although they are rare.

How do I order? You order by clicking on the “Buy now” –button on the product page and after that on the checkout –button on the right hand top of the page. After that you will need to either register yourself as a customer or then fill in your email and password if you are a returning customer. What is the total price of each product? The price of each product can be seen on the product page. In addition a delivery cost of 4,50 € will be attached to your order. No other costs are attached.


When will I get my order?
Depending on the amount of orders, our promise is that we sent all orders in 2 to 3 days from receiving your order, therefore a deliverytime of 5 working days is our target.

NORDIC Customers
You will receive your product within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, which means a deliverytime of 5 working days.

International Customers
To Europe 2-3 working days after dispatch, rest of the world 4-6 working days after dispatch.
